This role allows viewing and commenting on assets, especially useful when working with third-party collaborators.

Permissions:​

  • View permitted asset/ project folder/ workspace
  • Comment
  • Update asset status
  • Download comments
  • Download subtitles

Limitations:​

  • Cannot upload
  • Cannot invite users
  • Cannot generate subtitles
  • Cannot view Analytics
  • Cannot view Access management
  • Cannot view Billing
  • Cannot share externally
  • Cannot hide an asset
  • Cannot export to MediaStore
