Translate subtitles

Translate a subtitle track that is already on the video into other languages. If the video has no subtitles yet, start with Add subtitles.

  1. Open Manage subtitles
  2. In Translated, select Translate
  3. Pick a track in Translate from
  4. Choose the language in To
  5. Keep the suggested provider, or switch to XL8, DeepL, or Amazon
  6. Select Add another translation for each extra language
  7. Select Create translations

A translation usually takes a few minutes.

When the translation limit on your plan is used up, Create translations is unavailable. Review your plan on Billing and usage.
